As a starting point, panel law firms\u00a0were cut down from 40 to 15. The next step is a three-year diversity commitment plan with the 15 law firms.\u00a0The firm with the best record on inclusion will be automatically renewed with the company.<\/p>\n<p>Ius Laboris member firm in the UK,\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.lewissilkin.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Lewis Silkin<\/a>\u00a0, made the\u00a0grade\u00a0and was highlighted\u00a0for\u00a0its latest efforts on creating a more gender-diverse law firm. The publication\u00a0\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.thelawyer.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">The Lawyer<\/a>\u00a0\u00a0compared the promotion data of the 15 firms in the last year to see where they currently stand.
