
{"id":41281,"date":"2022-12-14T16:00:20","date_gmt":"2022-12-14T15:00:20","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/castegnaro.lu\/?p=41281"},"modified":"2022-12-14T16:00:20","modified_gmt":"2022-12-14T15:00:20","slug":"augmentation-du-salaire-social-minimum-et-des-revenus-sociaux-au-1er-janvier-2023","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/castegnaro.preprod.web-sites.lu\/en\/augmentation-du-salaire-social-minimum-et-des-revenus-sociaux-au-1er-janvier-2023\/","title":{"rendered":"Increase in the minimum social wage and benefits from 1 January 2023"},"content":{"rendered":"<div name=\"module-insight-bloc-paragraph\" class=\"container-px-25 mt-30 paragraph-body-small lg:mt-20 lg:text-20\">\n    \n    <p>Two new bills have been submitted to the Chamber of Deputies with the goal of increasing the minimum social wage as well as social benefits as of 1<sup>st<\/sup> January 2023.<\/p>\n<p>The <a href=\"https:\/\/www.chd.lu\/fr\/dossier\/8117\">purpose of Bill no. 8117<\/a> submitted to the Chamber of Deputies on 12 December 2022, is to raise the social minimum wage by 3.2% from 1<sup>st<\/sup> January 2023. This means that the proposed monthly social minimum wage from 1<sup>st<\/sup> January 2023 would be 2,387.40 EUR for a non-qualified employee, and 2,864.88 EUR for a qualified employee.
